Sable Resources Ltd   Mel Rahal Retires as Director

Vancouver, British Columbia, February 28, 2017 - Sable Resources Ltd. ("Sable" or the
"Company") (TSX-NEX: SAE.H) announces the retirement of Mel Rahal and
consequently his resignation as Director from Sable Resources Ltd. The Board would
like to thank him for his years of service to Sable and wish him well in his retirement.
