Sable Resources Ltd Corporate update
Vancouver, British Columbia, November 16, 2016 - Sable Resources Ltd. (TSX-NEX SAE.H) (the
"Company" "Sable") wishes to provide a corporate update.
The proposed 1000m diamond drill program announced August 9 th 2016 has been postponed until the
2017 field season due to late closing of the previous financing and early winter conditions. Over the
winter the Company will complete a review and compilation of historical data.
The Company's mining and milling operations remain closed, having last operated in the fall of 2012,
with the facilities on care-and-maintenance. Further to the August 9 th, 2016 press release, the
Company believes it is now sufficiently funded to complete outstanding regulatory orders issued by
the British Columbia Ministry of Energy and Mines (the "Ministry") related to the Baker tailings
storage facility. These orders were issued pursuant to the July 2, 2014 Report of Geotechnical
Inspector, and contained in a letter from the Ministry Chief Inspector dated February 3, 2015 as a
result of the January 30, 2015 Report on Mount Polley Tailings Storage Facility Breach.
The Company's annual general meeting is scheduled to be held on November 30, 2016.
