ROYAL ROAD MINERALS ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

Royal Road Minerals Ltd. has granted employee incentive stock options to purchase an aggregate of 10.65 million ordinary shares of the company pursuant to the company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable until May 2, 2026, at a price of 17 cents, which is 30 per cent above the volume weighted average price for Royal Road shares calculated over the previous six months. The stock options shall vest as to 30 per cent of the options, 90 days from the grant date; as to a further 30 per cent of the options, 180 days from the grant date; and as to the remainder of the options, 360 days from the grant date.
