BIOSYENT DECLARES FOURTH QUARTER 2023 DIVIDEND

BioSyent Inc.'s board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of four cents per common share, payable in Canadian dollars on Dec. 15, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 30, 2023. This fourth quarter 2023 dividend compares with the third quarter 2023 dividend of four cents per common share. This dividend qualifies as an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes. The declaration, timing, amount and payment of future dividends remain at the discretion of the board of directors.
