PATHFINDER ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mark Accardi has jointed Pathfinder Ventures Inc.'s board of directors, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Mr. Accardi: new Pathfinder Ventures board member

As co-founder and partner, Mr. Accardi currently leads corporate development at Forge & Foster Investment Management which currently holds over $400-million in real estate assets under management. Included in the portfolio is more than 21 RV (recreational vehicle) resorts located in Canada which are currently valued at over $100-million.

An experienced leader, entrepreneur and impact investor, Mr. Accardi thrives by raising people up around him. He began his career at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board where he worked nationally and internationally, gaining deep institutional knowledge and experience in real estate investment management. Alongside his corporate pursuits, he laid the foundation for what would evolve into Forge & Foster Investment Management.

Cathy Butler: resigns from board of directors, joins Pathfinder advisory board

The board of directors and the company's management team would like to thank Ms. Butler for her valuable contributions to Pathfinder and the company looks forward to working with her as an advisory board member.
