REFINED ENERGY CORP. ANNOUNCES MARKETING PROGRAM

Refined Energy Corp. is undertaking a marketing program by engaging RMK Marketing Inc. (address: 541 Lana Terr., Mississauga, Ont., Canada, L5A 3B2, e-mail: roberto@rmkmarketing.ca) for on-line marketing services for an anticipated period of six months commencing on or about Nov. 17, 2025, provided that the term of the marketing services may be extended or shortened at the discretion of management and the board of directors of the company depending on, among other things, the efficiency of the marketing services.

RMK is an independent company that will, as appropriate, co-ordinate marketing actions, maintain and optimize AdWords campaigns, adapt AdWords bidding strategies, optimize AdWords ads, provide project management and consulting for an on-line marketing campaign, and create and optimize landing pages. The promotional activity will occur by Google.

The company will pay a fee of $200,000 (plus applicable taxes) to RMK for the services. The company will not issue any securities to RMK as compensation for its marketing services. As of the date hereof, to the company's knowledge, RMK (including its directors and officers) does not own any securities of the company and has an arm's-length relationship with the company.
