RUNNING FOX RESOURCE CORP. ANNOUNCES BOARD AND
MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Running Fox Resource Corp. has appointed Henry Chow, CPA, CA, as chief financial officer and a member of the board of directors, and has appointed Raymond Kisun to the board of directors, effective immediately.
Mr. Chow succeeds D.E. Brodie, who has stepped down from his roles as CFO and director of
the company. The board of directors and management team extend their sincere gratitude to Mr.
Brodie for his dedicated service and contributions to Running Fox, and wish him the best in his
future endeavours.
Mr. Chow brings over 25 years of public practice experience in various roles as an audit
partner since 2008 and as CFO for a number of different companies since 2019. He obtained his
CPA designation in 2002 while articling with KPMG LLP before branching out as a founding
partner of Saturna Group Chartered Professional Accountants LLP in 2008.
He is currently a member in good standing with CPABC and continues his role as a founding
partner with Saturna Group.
Mr. Kisun joins the board with a strong background in business finance. His area
of expertise in banking and investments, corporate governance, and the capital markets are
shaped from a 35-year history in working with executive teams. His ability to assess,
originate, negotiate and close transactions are ideal in ensuring the execution of the company's
objectives. His current focus in cross-border and international transactions will support
the board in meeting its planned objectives.
J. Douglas Blanchflower, interim chief executive officer of Running Fox, commented: "We are very pleased to
welcome Henry and Raymond to the team. Their combined financial acumen and strategic
oversight will be invaluable assets to the company as we evaluate new opportunities and work to
create value for our shareholders."
We seek Safe Harbor.
