Mr. Steven Schurman reports:
At Running Fox Resource Corp.'s annual and special meeting held on Sept. 24, 2025, all resolutions
were approved.
The three incumbent directors were re-elected, with 99 % For votes
and less than 1% Withheld.
The Company's auditor was reappointed, the stock option plan was approved.
The potential share consolidation, as well as the potential name change resolutions were also
approved.
Following the 2025 AGM, Michael
Meyers was reappointed as President and Interim Chief Executive officer and Steven Schurman was
reappointed as Chief Financial Officer.
