Mr. Steven Schurman reports

Running Fox Resource Corp. shareholders at the company's annual and special meeting held on June 27, 2023, approved all resolutions. The three incumbent directors were re-elected, with 99 per cent "for" votes and less than 1 per cent withheld.

The auditor was reappointed, and the stock option plan, the potential share consolidation, and the potential name change resolutions were also approved. Following the AGM, Michael Meyers was reappointed as president and interim chief executive officer, and Steven Schurman was reappointed as chief financial officer.
