RUM ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Rocky Mountain Liquor Inc. today released the shareholder voting results of its 2023 annual and special meeting held June 27, 2023, in Edmonton, Alta.
The five director nominees who received the highest number of votes in the contested election, and therefore are elected to the board and will be directors of the company for the ensuing year are:
- Courtney Burton;
- Peter J. Byrne;
- Gene Coleman;
- Robert Normandeau;
- Allison Radford.
Shareholders voted and approved to appoint Grant Thornton LLP, chartered accountants, as auditor of the company for the ensuing year and authorizes the directors to fix their remuneration.
The resolution to approve the continuation of the company's stock option plan did not receive the requisite majority of votes, therefore is not approved.
