Radiant Uranium closes Cross Lake option agreement

2026-10-06 12:34 ET - News Release

Mr. Clive Massey reports

RADIANT URANIUM COMPLETES CROSS LAKE PROPERTY TRANSACTION

Further to Radiant Uranium Corp.'s news release on Sept. 22, 2026, in respect of the option to acquire the 2,048-hectare Cross Lake uranium property, southwest of the Key Lake mine located in the Athabasca basin in Saskatchewan, Canada, from Bromell Mining LLP (the vendor), the company has today issued four million common shares and paid $20,000 to the vendor pursuant to the option.

The consideration shares are subject to restrictions on resale until Feb. 7, 2027, in accordance with applicable securities laws.

Cross Lake uranium mineralization is associated with pegmatitic garnetiferous gneiss along a 2.4-kilometre northeast-trending structural lineament, with mineralized zones identified at the Narrows, Portage and Cross uranium showings. Historic work at the Narrows zone outlined mineralization over a true width of approximately 11 to 15.8 metres, with drilling testing the zone to a depth of about 75 metres. This work resulted in a 1979 historic estimate of 371,038 pounds U3O8 (triuranium octoxide) at an average grade of 1.2435 pounds per tonne to a depth of 75 metres.

Clive Massey, chief executive officer, president and a director of Radiant Uranium, commented: "The Cross Lake uranium project marks a significant advancement for our portfolio. The project presently contains historical estimate of 371,038 pounds of U3O8 and is open to depth." Mr. Massey commented further, "The company remains committed to advancing its projects responsibly, with a focus on environmental stewardship, strong community engagement (including partnerships with indigenous groups) and sustainable development practices."

The historical estimate for Cross Lake was disclosed in "Bralorne Resources Limited, 1979 Winter Drilling of the Narrows Zone ML 5255 (Formerly CBS 1074), Foster River Area, Saskatchewan" by Rene Bissonnette and dated May 12, 1979. The company believes the estimate is relevant to readers as it attests to the potential of the Cross Lake property. The author of the historic estimate noted although the drilling was not detailed enough to prove the structure or to estimate proven reserves, possible reserves based on the grades and thicknesses of the mineralized intersections from the drill holes and the interpreted structure have been conservatively estimated. Each drill intersection is lettered, with a block shown for the better intersections. The dimensions of each block are based on the following parameters: (1) true thickness of the mineralized zone (width): core length of the mineralized section corrected for the dip of the layer and the inclination of the drill hole; (2) length of the mineralized zone (length): one-half the distance between each mineralized intersection on the 50-metre plan and five metres beyond the last significant mineralized intersection in the zone. As the bottom of the deepest intersection of the best mineralized zone is in drill hole 41-3 at a vertical depth of 71 metres, 330,000 tonnes corresponding to a vertical depth of 75 metres appear reasonable. The historic estimate would be comparable with an inferred resource but was prepared prior to current mineral resource classifications. The company is not aware of a more recent historic estimate, though a small drill program in 2008 by Uracan Resources Ltd. did confirm the presence of uranium in the area of the historic estimate. Twinning of a number of holes and infill drilling would be required to move the historic estimate to a current mineral resource.

Radiant Uranium cautions investors a qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves and further cautions Radiant Uranium is not treating the historical estimate as a current mineral resource or mineral reserve.

Agreement terms

Radiant Uranium can obtain a 100-per-cent interest, subject to a 1-per-cent net smelter return royalty, from the vendor by meeting the following terms:

  1. Paying an aggregate of $200,000 to the vendor as follows:
    1. $20,000 upon Canadian Securities Exchange approval (paid);
    2. $40,000 on or before the first anniversary;
    3. $140,000 on or before the third anniversary;
  2. Issuing to the vendor four million common shares upon CSE approval (issued);
  3. Incurring $250,000 in exploration expenditures on or before the third anniversary.
