Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 6, 2026) - The Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE" or "the Exchange") today welcomed the listing of Radiant Uranium Corp. ("Radiant Uranium" or the "Company"). The Vancouver-based company's common shares were listed for trading on the CSE today under the symbol RUC. The Company was previously known as Kirkstone Metals Corp., at which time its common shares were listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

Radiant Uranium is a junior exploration company focused on three early-stage uranium projects in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin: Key Lake Road, Gorilla Lake and Douglas River. Its flagship project is Key Lake Road, which comprises more than 5,500 hectares of land and is located approximately 90 kilometres south of the Key Lake mine and mill.
