The capital pool company's prospectus dated July 31, 2025, has been filed with and accepted by TSX Venture Exchange and the British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario securities commissions effective Aug. 6, 2025, under the provisions of the respective securities acts. The common shares of the company will be listed and admitted to trading on TSX Venture Exchange, on the effective dates stated below.
