RT MINERALS CORP. NOT TO PROCEED WITH JULY 12, 2023, STOCK OPTIONS GRANT

The 1,605,000 incentive stock options RT Minerals Corp. granted on July 12, 2023, to directors, officers, consultants and service providers of the company, all exercisable at 15 cents per common share over a two-year term, will not proceed. Pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange stock options cannot be allocated or granted under the company's rolling stock option plan, as the plan requires further ratification and approval by the company's shareholders at the company's upcoming annual general meeting to be held on Oct. 23, 2023.
