RT MINERALS CORP. STAKES 190 CLAIMS TO EXPAND ITS CASE BATHOLITH, ONTARIO, HOLDINGS CONTIGUOUS TO POWER METALS CORP. AND BEYOND LITHIUM INC. PROPERTIES

RT Minerals Corp. has acquired by staking a further 190 claims (about 4,000 hectares) within the Case batholith about 150 kilometres northeast of Timmins, Ont., to expand RT's claim holdings in this area.

The newly staked RT Minerals claims adjoin claims that are owned by Power Metals Corp., Beyond Lithium Inc. and others, in this area of the Case batholith. The Power Metals property contains a significant lithium-cesium discovery at the southeastern end of the Case batholith. This entire area of the southeastern portion of the Case batholith is now fully staked and forms a large contiguous block of claims for current and future exploration in this part of Ontario, by the various owners.

These newly staked RT Minerals claims are in addition to four Case batholith properties 100 per cent owned by RT Minerals, located in Agassiz township (29 claims), Potter township (51 claims), Seguin/Challies township (14 claims) and Bragg township (19 claims); (Total 100 per cent RT Minerals Case batholith area about 6,000 hectares).

The Potter and Seguin/Challies prospects contain vast exposures of outcrop that have been identified on several vintages of satellite photography. Live satellite views strongly suggest the occurrence of long linear pegmatitic dikes and ovoid intrusives on the surface on these claims.

Qualified person

The technical information contained in this news release has been reviewed and approved by Garry Clark, PGeo, a qualified person as defined in National Instrument 43-101 -- Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. Rare-earth element mineralization that exists on the Power Metal. Case batholith properties is not known to exist on the company's properties in the Case batholith area.

Nordica is prospective for copper, nickel, cobalt, chromium and palladium mineralization. Previous exploration activity on the Nordica property has encountered copper grading up to 0.292 per cent (rock-grab samples), nickel up to 0.24 per cent in drill core over 1.0 metre, cobalt up to 614 parts per million (outcrop), chromium up to 17.7 per cent (grab-rock sample) and palladium up to 1.2 parts per billion (outcrop chip and drill core over 1.0 metre) (MNDM file No. OFR 6102). The property covers approximately 75 per cent of the ultramafic layered intrusion, which is currently inferred to be approximately 4.0 kilometres long, 250 metres wide and 100 metres deep (MNDM file Nos. 20000008666/2000113735).

The Kenogaming, Pharand I and Pharand II properties (nickel, chromium and cobalt) consist of 38 claim blocks that are 100 per cent owned, with 32 claims royalty-free and six claims subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return royalty. The properties are situated in Kenogaming and Pharand townships in the northern Swayze greenstone belt, located within the Abitibi subprovince of the Superior province, southwest of Timmins, Ont. The properties are located within the Hanrahan assemblage, which is confined to the southeastern part of the northern Swayze greenstone belt. Cumulate ultramafic bodies are the specific targets comprising the Kenogaming, Pharand I and Pharand II prospects. In 1979, previous operators tested a strong magnetic anomaly with a 184.5-metre-long diamond drill hole, which intersected up to 0.25 per cent nickel in carbonated and serpentinized cumulate ultramafic with interbeds of chlorite and talc alteration over a 3.0-metre section at the bottom of the hole. Further drilling is warranted on the Kenogaming, Pharand I and Pharand II prospects with the objective to expand the historical nickel, chromium and cobalt mineralization within the Kenogaming intrusive.

The Ireland property (rare earth elements) is a royalty-free 52-claim block covering an inferred carbonatite complex located in Ireland township, 45 kilometres northeast of Smooth Rock Falls, Ont. The Ireland complex is 100 per cent owned by RTM and is approximately 4.0 kilometres long, 2.8 kilometres wide, oval shaped and positioned along a southern extensional splay fault contained within the Kapuskasing structural trend. The Kapuskasing structural trend contains several well-documented carbonatite complexes that contain niobium, iron, titanium and rare earth element resources within various assemblages of carbonatite rocks.

Case batholith Group 1 (rare earth elements) consists of 90 claims covering the Case batholith centred on Heighington township, 85 kilometres northeast of Cochrane, Ont. The Case batholith properties are 100 per cent owned and royalty-free. The properties occur within the boundaries of the Case batholith and are specifically located in Heighington, Kenning, Sequin and Case townships. Five properties are situated 12 kilometres north of Power Metals Corp.'s Case Lake lithium/cesium discovery in Steel township.

Case batholith Group 2 (rare earth element) consists of four properties (113 claim blocks) that are 100 per cent owned and certain of the claims are subject to a 2-per-cent NSR royalty, within the boundaries of the Case batholith in Northern Ontario. The four properties are in Agassiz township (29 claims), Potter township (51 claims), Seguin/Challies township (14 claims) and Bragg township (19 claims). The properties are located to the northwest of Power Metals' Case Lake lithium/cesium discovery in Steel township, Ontario. All the claim blocks have been acquired based on magnetic signatures resembling east-west-trending pegmatitic dikes and laccolith structures contained within the tonalite/granodiorite rock assemblages of the Case batholith.

The Sheba/Michie/Alma (copper, nickel, cobalt, chromium and platinum) property in Ontario is as summarized herein.

The Kendrey property (rare earth element) consists of 32 claims in the Kendrey and Colquhoun townships, located 14 kilometres southeast of Smooth Rock Falls, Ont., that are 100 per cent owned and royalty-free. The property covers what appears to be a large, inferred carbonatite complex that is prospective for rare earth elements, primarily niobium. The intrusive is approximately 2.8 kilometres wide and 2.7 kilometres long. It is positioned along a southeastern extensional splay fault belonging to the Kapuskasing structural trend.

The Galna/Moody property (copper, nickel, cobalt and chromium) consists of four separate claim blocks totalling 24 cells in the Galna and Moody townships, located 35 kilometres east of Iroquois Falls, Ont. The company acquired 100-per-cent interest in the property by map staking.

The Timmins property (base metals) is a royalty-free 16-claim block located approximately 50 kilometres southeast of Timmins, Ont., and is 100 per cent owned by RT Minerals. The property features several mineralized fault systems that suggest proximity to a base metal source.

The Link-Catharine RLDZ property (gold) comprises 15 unpatented single-cell mining claims with a total area of 220 hectares in one claim block. The Link-Catharine property is located 22 kilometres south-southeast of the town of Kirkland Lake, Ont. RT Minerals has an option to earn a 100-per-cent interest in this property subject to a 2-per-cent net smelter return royalty. The Milligan property (gold) is a royalty-free 16-claim block located approximately 75 kilometres northeast of Timmins, Ont., and is 100 per cent owned by RT Minerals.

The Milligan property covers the southeast extension of the volcanic stratigraphy hosting the Eastford Lake gold discovery of 142.2 grams per tonne gold over 3.0 metres announced by Explor Resources in 2009.

The Blakelock property (gold) is a royalty-free nine-claim block located approximately 75 kilometres northeast of Cochrane, Ont., and is 100 per cent owned by RT Minerals. The property is host to a massive east-west-trending magnetic-high intrusive complex that was subject to limited drilling in 1967.

The Mcquibban property (gold) is a royalty-free 19-claim block located approximately 50 kilometres north of Cochrane, Ont., and is 100 per cent owned by RT Minerals. The property hosts a strong 3.0-kilometre-long, east-west-trending inferred oxide facies banded iron formation, in which one historical drill hole encountered a gold mineralized interval of 5.47 grams per tonne gold over 1.2 metres.
