ROUTE 109 ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR AND OFFICER
Route 109 Resources Inc.'s Robert Pryde has resigned as a director and president of the company. The board expresses its gratitude to Mr. Pryde for his service and acknowledges the contributions he made during his time with the company, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The board of directors will be undertaking a search for a new CEO and will provide updates on any material developments in accordance with applicable securities laws.
