Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - RSI International Systems Inc. (TSXV: RSY) is pleased to announce the October 21, 2014 completion of its private placement of $0.12 units announced September 4, 2014, issuing 12,499,999 units for gross proceeds of $1,500,000. Each unit was comprised of one common share and one-half of a share purchase warrant, with a whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.25 for a period of two years. Subscriptions totalling $720,000 (6,000,000 units) have closed into escrow, for release upon receipt by the TSX Venture Exchange of supplemental filing documentation.
No finder fees were paid in connection with the private placement. The securities issued in the private placement are subject to a 4 month hold period expiring on February 22, 2015.
