REGENCY SILVER ANNOUNCES 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING RESULTS

Regency Silver Corp. has released the results of its recent annual general and special meeting of shareholders in Vancouver, B.C. The company's shareholders voted in favour of each of the matters considered at the meeting, including setting the number of directors to five, electing each of Bruce Bragagnolo, Michael Tucker, Frank Cordova, Rajinder Chowdhry and Alejandro Sucre as a director of the company to hold office for the ensuing year, reappointing Manning Elliott LLP as the company's auditor for the ensuing year, and approving the company's omnibus equity incentive plan as described in the information circular.
