RESOURO STRATEGIC METALS INC. ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

Resouro Strategic Metals Inc. has granted 2.25 million stock options to purchase common shares of the company to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the company. The options are exercisable at a price of 50 cents per common share for a period of five years from the date of grant. Each grant of options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
