The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the sale of 2,735,000 ordinary shares of Blue Jay Gold Corp., a 100-per-cent-owned subsidiary of the company, at 20 cents per share for proceeds of $527,000. As a result of the share issuance, the company's ownership in Blue Jay Gold is reduced from 100 per cent to 85.02 per cent.
