Edmonton, Canada Regent Pacific Properties Inc. (TSXV: "RPP") ("Regent" or the "Company") is pleased to announce its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, and the related Management's Discussion and Analysis.

The Company recorded net rental income of $1,442,447 in 2025, as compared to $1,283,501 in 2024. Net loss and comprehensive loss was $327,859 in 2025, as compared to net income and comprehensive income of $402,342 in 2024.

The Company's financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025, and the related Management's Discussion and Analysis, have been filed and are available on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR+) at www.sedarplus.ca.
