REGENT PACIFIC PROPERTIES INC. ANNOUNCES SALE OF UNIT AT COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT PROPERTY

Edmonton, Alberta Regent Pacific Properties Inc. (TSXV: "RPP") ("Regent" or the "Company") announces that it has completed the sale of a unit within Cassel Centre (the "Unit"), located in Edmonton, Alberta.

The Unit was sold for gross proceeds of $3,350,000 to an arm's length purchaser on March 31, 2026. Of the net proceeds, $2,500,000 was applied to repayment of a portion of the existing mortgage on Cassel Centre, with the remaining net proceeds expected to be used for general working capital purposes.

The transaction forms part of the Company's ongoing management of its real estate portfolio.
