(TSXV: "RPP") ("Regent" or the "Corporation") announces that Odyssey Trust Company has replaced Computershare Trust Company of Canada as the registrar and transfer agent of the Corporation effective April 1, 2026. Shareholders do not need to take any action in respect of the change in transfer agent.
