The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that all trades on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2023, in the following securities, which trade in U.S. dollars, will be for special settlement on Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2023. According to the TSX, T-plus-one special settlement rules are being imposed for these securities to accommodate the U.S. banking holiday on Thursday, Nov. 23, 2023.

The TSX notes that given the record date set by these issuers on Nov. 23, 2023, the T-plus-one special settlement rules now imposed for these securities for transactions with a trade date of Nov. 21, 2023, replace and supersede the T-plus-three special settlement rules that were previously announced for these specific securities via the TSX bulletin dated Nov. 17, 2023.
