TORONTO, Sept. 9, 2026 /CNW/ -- Corton Capital Inc. ("Corton"), an investment management firm, is pleased to announce the expansion of its suite of actively-managed funds with the launch of the Class ETF Units of the Corton Rosenberg Global Macro Fund (the "ETF"). The primary investment objective of the ETF is to provide capital growth through positive total returns over a market cycle, regardless of general market direction. Secondary objectives include the preservation of capital and providing consistent cash flow. To achieve these objectives, the ETF will invest globally across equities, bonds, currencies and commodities utilizing an unconstrained global macro investment approach. The ETF may seek to achieve its investment objectives through direct investments or indirectly through investments in underlying investment funds and may hold all or a portion of its net assets in securities of other investment funds, including domestic and foreign ETFs.
The ETF closed its initial offering of Class ETF Units at the close of business on September 8, 2026 and the Class ETF Units are expected to commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") when markets open today under the ticker symbols "ROSY" and "ROSY.U" (U.S. dollar purchase option). Corton is the manager, trustee and promoter of the ETF.

Management fees, brokerage fees and expenses all may be associated with investing in ETFs. Please read the prospectus, which contains detailed investment information, before investing. Tax, investment and all other decisions should be made, as appropriate, only with guidance from a qualified professional. ETF units are not guaranteed, their values change frequently, and past performance may not be repeated. ETF units are bought and sold at market price on the TSX or another exchange or marketplace and may only be bought and sold through licensed dealers. Brokerage commissions will reduce returns. There can be no assurance that ETF units will trade at prices that reflect their net asset value per unit. If ETF units are purchased or sold on the TSX or another exchange or marketplace, investors may pay more than the current net asset value when buying units of an ETF and may receive less than the current net asset value when selling them. There can be no assurance that an active public market for ETF units will develop or be sustained. There is no guarantee that ETFs will achieve their stated objectives and there are risks involved in investing in ETFs. Before investing you should read the prospectus or relevant ETF Facts and carefully consider, among other things, the ETF's investment objective, risks, charges, and expenses.
