The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Corton Rosenberg Global Macro Fund will be listed at 5:01 p.m. on Sept. 8, 2026, for trading at the open on Sept. 9, 2026. According to the TSX, there will be 40,000 Class ETF (exchange-traded fund) units issued and outstanding, with no securities reserved for issuance. Canadian-dollar units will trade under the symbol ROSY and U.S.-dollar units will trade under the symbol ROSY.U. The Cusip number is 220798 10 2.
The TSX reports that the ETF has been established as a mutual fund trust created under
the laws of Ontario and is governed by a master declaration of trust,
dated as of Aug. 10, 2026.
The ETF seeks to provide capital
growth through positive total returns over a market cycle,
regardless of general market direction. Secondary objectives
include the preservation of capital and providing consistent cash flow. To achieve these objectives, the ETF will invest globally
across equities, bonds, currencies and commodities utilizing an
unconstrained global macro investment approach. The ETF may
seek to achieve its investment objectives through direct
investments or indirectly through investments in underlying
investment funds and may hold all or a portion of its net assets in
securities of other investment funds, including domestic and
foreign ETFs.
According to the TSX, the ETF expects to pay cash distributions on its units, if any, on an annual basis. The ETF's manager and trustee is Corton Capital Inc., its transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal offices in Toronto, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. As stated in its simplified prospectus dated Aug. 28, 2026, the ETF is issuing 40,000 units at $25 per unit in its initial public offering. It expects to close the offering on Sept. 8, 2026. The designated market-maker is National Bank Financial Inc.
