ROOTS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF ROSIE POUZAR AS CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
Roots Corp. has appointed Rosie Pouzar as its chief commercial officer, following her successful tenure as head of omnichannel growth.

Prior to joining Roots, Ms. Pouzar held senior leadership roles at Sephora Canada, including senior vice-president, retail, and chief operating officer. In these roles, she helped scale the business during a period of significant growth, strengthening execution and operational excellence. Known for building high-impact partnerships and translating customer insight into action, she brings a proven ability to align teams around clear strategies that deliver results, capabilities she now brings to Roots.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Pouzar held leadership roles at Cineplex and began her career at PwC, where she developed a strong foundation in financial discipline and strategic analysis. A chartered professional accountant and chartered business valuator, she holds a bachelor of business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Ms. Pouzar brings a rare combination of commercial rigour and brand sensibility, blending data-driven decision making with customer-centric thinking and storytelling that strengthen relevance. She is passionate about building resilient, high performing organizations that can adapt quickly and thrive in an evolving commercial landscape.
