ROCKBRIDGE RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Rockbridge Resources Inc. has completed its previously announced private placement offering of a total of 4.8 million units at a price of five cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $240,000.

Each unit comprises one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of five cents per common share for a period of two years from the closing of the offering.

All securities to be issued under the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.

The proceeds raised from the offering will be used for exploration expenditures and general working capital.
