                 Red Moon Resources Inc. Appoints New Chief Financial
                            Officer - Corporate Secretary

Red Moon Resources Inc. ("the Company" - "Red Moon" TSX-V: RMK) announces the
appointment of Jennifer Button CPA, CA as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary effective May
29, 2017.

Ms. Button holds a Chartered Professional Accounting Designation with the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Newfoundland and Labrador. She has experience as both a Controller and Finance
Manager in the private and public sectors including experience with large scale mining and petroleum
projects. She is a Bachelor of Commerce Honours graduate of Memorial University (2007). She is
assuming a full-time position with the company which includes the additional responsibilities as
Business Manager.

Sharon M. Dunn CPA, CA, CBV has concluded the contract for provision of part time services as Chief
Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Dunn was with the company for over three years and we
thank her for her dedicated service during a challenging period for our industry.
