REPORT OF ACQUISITION OF COMMON SHARES OF RED METAL RESOURCES LTD.

Vancouver, British Columbia, January 2, 2026 Andy Chow reports that following the acquisition of 100,000 common shares ("Common Shares") of Red Metal Resources Ltd. ("Red Metal") on the Canadian Securities Exchange on December 31, 2025 at a price of $0.055 per Common Share for total consideration of $5,500 (the "Transaction"), Mr. Chow had acquired beneficial ownership of an aggregate of 4,004,700 Common Shares of Red Metal.

Immediately prior to the Transaction, Andy Chow had deemed beneficial ownership of 3,904,700 Common Shares representing approximately 9.75% of the then issued and outstanding Common Shares of Red Metal.

Immediately after the Transaction, Andy Chow had beneficial ownership of 4,004,700 Common Shares representing approximately 10.00% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares, resulting in Mr. Chow becoming a "reporting insider" (as defined under National Instrument 55-104 Insider Reporting Requirements and Exemptions) of Red Metal and requiring the filing of an early warning report pursuant to National Instrument 62-103 The Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues.

Andy Chow acquired the Common Shares of Red Metal for investment purposes. Mr. Chow may, from time to time and at any time, acquire additional Common Shares and/or other equity, debt or other securities or instruments (collectively, "Securities") of Red Metal in the open market or otherwise, and reserves the right to dispose of any or all Securities in the open market or otherwise at any time and from time to time, and to engage in similar transactions with respect to the Securities, the whole depending on market conditions, the business and prospects of Red Metal and other relevant factors.
