The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of nine mining claims located in the mining district of Porcupine, Raney, Ont., pursuant to an asset purchase agreement entered into between Richmond Minerals Inc. and an arm's-length party.

As consideration for the acquisition, the company will issue 150,000 common shares to the vendor.
