RAKOVINA THERAPEUTICS ANNOUNCES RESULTS FROM 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Rakovina Therapeutics Inc. has released the results of voting at its 2026 annual general meeting of shareholders held on Aug. 18, 2026, in Toronto, Ont.

All five members of the company's board of directors named as nominees in its management information circular dated July 14, 2026, were elected as directors: Kim Oishi, Frank Holler, Dr. David Kideckel, Yevgeniy Meshcherekov and Dr. Petra Hamerlik.

In addition, at the meeting, the shareholders of the company: (i) approved the setting of the number of directors at five; (ii) approved the reappointment of Davidson & Co. LLP as the company's auditor until the next annual general meeting of shareholders, at a remuneration to be fixed by the board of directors; and (iii) reapproved the company's existing omnibus equity incentive plan as set out in the circular.

In connection with the meeting, Jeffrey Bacha retired from the company's board of directors and did not stand for re-election. Mr. Bacha will continue to support Rakovina in an advisory capacity. Dr. Hamerlik joins the board as a new director following her election at the meeting.
