The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 255,425 shares to settle outstanding debt for $17,880.

Number of creditors:  eight creditors

Total non-arm's-length-party involvement:  85,714 shares at seven cents (two parties)

Total pro group involvement:  $1,500, 21,428 shares at seven cents (one pro group)

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
