Further to the bulletin dated April 3, 2014, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted an amendment to warrants issued pursuant to the private placement of 15 million flow-through shares, 2,666,666 non-flow-through shares and 8,833,333 share purchase warrants.

Warrants:  8,833,333 share purchase warrants

Current warrant exercise terms:  30 cents per share until April 7, 2015

Amendment:  Each warrant will entitle the holder to an additional 0.1 of a share if the warrants are exercised on or before Aug. 15, 2014. If not exercised on or before Aug. 15, 2014, the warrants will continue to be exercisable under the current warrant exercise terms until expiry.
