Stock option grant

The company also announces that it has granted a total of one million incentive stock options to a consultant of the company, pursuant to the company's omnibus share incentive plan. Each option is exercisable by the holder to purchase one common share of the company at an exercise price of 7.5 cents for a period of two years.
