Raffles Financial Group Ltd., further to its news release dated June 8, 2026, in which the company announced that its board of directors has approved a change in the company's financial year-end from June 30 to Dec. 31, wishes to amend that news release and will not proceed with the proposed change of its financial year-end to Dec. 31 at this time. Accordingly, the company's financial year-end will remain June 30.
