--->lity of the situation in Russia and surrounding areas, the Company has been unable to finance its obligations in Russi
--->a, notwithstanding making exceptional efforts to find adequate financing. Further, we do not believe that there is any
---> imminent resolution to the conflicts within the Ukraine and other neighbouring states.
Therefore the Board is currently contemplating exiting Russia though divestiture, and will be actively looking to new 
--->opportunities in the mineral field in North America.
