RHELION LIFE SCIENCES' WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY FILAMENT HEALTH SHIPS PEX010 TO THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA FOR THE EXPANDED MINDFULNESS ASSISTED PSYCHEDELIC THERAPY TRIAL

Rhelion Life Sciences Corp.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Filament Health Corp., has shipped PEX010 to the University of Southern California (USC), on behalf of its Keck School of Medicine, for the trial titled "Mindfulness Assisted Psychedelic Therapy." This is the first shipment under the supply and licensing agreement announced on Sept. 15, 2026. That release referred to the trial as "Psilocybin Assisted Mindfulness Therapy;" the correct title is "Mindfulness Assisted Psychedelic Therapy."

The trial will evaluate whether and how mindfulness and meditation training can augment psilocybin-assisted therapy. The trial is led by Dr. Rael Cahn at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. USC is the sponsor of the trial. Filament is not the sponsor of the trial and is not responsible for its conduct.
