Vancouver, B.C. - (July 3, 2015) Global Remote Technologies Ltd. ("Global" or "the Company") (CSE:RGT) is pleased to a
--->nnounce that it has closed a private placement of 1,256,600 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit (the "Pri
--->vate Placement") for aggregate gross proceeds of $125,660 (USD$ 100,000). The proceeds will be used for general workin
--->g capital purposes. The Private Placement, announced on June 30, 2015, had a maximum offering of 1,250,000 Units. The
--->final number of Units issued on the closing of the Private Placement included an over-allotment of 6,600 Units due to
--->foreign currency exchange.
Each Unit is comprised of one common share (each a "Share") and one common share purchase warrant (each a "Warrant").
--->Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one Share at a price of $0.24 per Share for a period of two years from the
