RIO GRANDE RESOURCES ANNOUNCES MARKET AWARENESS INITIATIVE AND ENGAGES WITH LFG EQUITIES CORP.

Rio Grande Resources Ltd. has entered into a marketing service agreement with LFG Equities Corp. to provide strategic marketing consulting services designed to increase awareness of the company within the investment community.

Under the agreement, LFG will provide marketing services, including the engagement of financial newsletters, influencer marketing initiatives and other digital marketing activities intended to communicate publicly available information about the company to a broader investor audience. LFG will not provide investment advice, solicit the purchase or sale of securities, or engage in any activities requiring registration under applicable securities laws.

The agreement has an initial term of four months, commencing on or about Aug. 3, 2026, and will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled with five days notice without penalty. During the initial term, the company has agreed to pay $100,000 (U.S.), with $25,000 (U.S.) payable upon receipt of the first invoice. Following the initial term, the agreement will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless terminated in accordance with its terms.

LFG is an arm's-length service provider to the company. To the knowledge of the company, LFG does not currently own any securities of Rio Grande or have any right to acquire such securities. No stock options or other securities-based compensation have been granted in connection with the engagement.
