("Range Energy" or the "Company") (CSE: RGO.X) advises that it has amended the business combination agreement with EnviroGold Global (Can) Ltd. dated March 26, 2021 (the "Transaction"), such that the definition of "Financing" therein has been updated. A copy of the amending agreement has concurrently been filed on SEDAR. The Company continues to work towards closing the Transaction. Please see the news release dated March 26, 2021 for further details on the Transaction.
