RANGE ENERGY PROVIDES UPDATE ON BUSINESS COMBINATION AGREEMENT WITH ENVIROGOLD GLOBAL

Range Energy Resources Inc. has amended the business combination agreement with EnviroGold Global (Can) Ltd. dated March 26, 2021, such that the definition of financing therein has been updated. A copy of the amending agreement has concurrently been filed on SEDAR.
