RECO INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC. ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER ENDED JUNE 30, 2026 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Richmond, Canada Reco International Group Inc. ("Reco" or the "Company") (TSX-V: RGI) is pleased to announce its financial results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the related Management's Discussion and Analysis.

For the three and nine months ended June 30, 2026, the Company posted: dot revenue of $515,625 and $1,808,321, respectively, as compared to $948,686 and $2,252,656 for the same periods in 2025, representing an decrease of 46% and 20%, respectively; dot total operating expenses of $679,353 and $2,086,687, respectively, as compared to $1,310,938 and $3,168,531 for the same periods in 2025, representing a decrease of 48% and 34%, respectively; dot total other expense of $3,210 and other income of $35,430, respectively, as compared to other expense of $13,953 and $19,679 for the same periods in 2025; and dot an overall net loss and comprehensive loss of $166,938 and $242,936, respectively, as compared to $376,205 and $935,554 for the same periods in 2025.

The Company's financial results for the third quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the related Management's Discussion and Analysis, have been filed and are available on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR+) at www.sedarplus.ca.
