RECO INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC. ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER ENDED MARCH 31, 2026 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Richmond, Canada Reco International Group Inc. ("Reco" or the "Company") (TSX-V: RGI) is pleased to announce its financial results for the second quarter ended March 31, 2026, and the related Management's Discussion and Analysis.

For the three and six months ended March 31, 2026, the Company posted: dot revenue of $758,587 and $1,292,696, respectively, as compared to $348,931 and $1,303,970 for the same periods in 2025, representing an increase of 117% and a decrease of 1%, respectively; dot total operating expenses of $725,632 and $1,407,334, respectively, as compared to $625,899 and $1,857,593 for the same periods in 2025, representing an increase of 16% and a decrease of 24%, respectively; dot total other expense of $11,262 and other income of $38,640, respectively, as compared to other expense of $11,224 and $5,726 for the same periods in 2025; and dot an overall net income and comprehensive income of $21,693 and net loss and comprehensive loss of $75,998, respectively, as compared to a net loss and comprehensive loss of $288,192 and $559,349 for the same periods in 2025.
