RECO INTERNATIONAL GROUP INC. ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER ENDED MARCH 31, 2026 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Reco International Group Inc. has released its financial results for the second quarter ended March 31, 2026, and the related management's discussion and analysis.

For the three and six months ended March 31, 2026, the company posted:

• Revenue of $758,587 and $1,292,696, respectively, as compared with $348,931 and $1,303,970 for the same periods in 2025, representing an increase of 117 per cent and a decrease of 1 per cent, respectively;
• Total operating expenses of $725,632 and $1,407,334, respectively, as compared with $625,899 and $1,857,593 for the same periods in 2025, representing an increase of 16 per cent and a decrease of 24 per cent, respectively;
• Total other expense of $11,262 and other income of $38,640, respectively, as compared with other expense of $11,224 and $5,726 for the same periods in 2025;
• An overall net income and comprehensive income of $21,693, and a net loss and comprehensive loss of $75,998, respectively, as compared with a net loss and comprehensive loss of $288,192 and $559,349 for the same periods in 2025.
