REGENERA ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR CHANGES
Calgary, Alberta January 23, 2026 Regenera Insights Inc. ("Regenera", the "Company" or
the "Corporation") (CSE:RGEN, FRA: 66C) announces that Mr. Steve Olasz has tendered his
resignation as director of Regenera. Mr. Douglas Whitehead has accepted the appointment as
independent director to the board of the Corporation. Mr. Olasz served on the board of directors
of the Corporation since 2025.
Mr. Whitehead, an accomplished Project Developer and Business Manager, leads and manages
diverse projects across various spheres of business within a prominent group of companies. As
a Project Manager Professional (PMP) Mr. Whitehead has over 17 years of experience in Project
and Business Management, focusing on Project Planning and Execution.
"We sincerely appreciate Mr. Olasz's contributions to our Company during his tenure and we wish
him the very best in his new business endeavors," said the board of directors.
Currently, the board of directors is comprised of Lionel Kambeitz, Chairman, President and CEO,
Jacelyn Case, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer and Douglas Whitehead
(independent director).
