REGENERA ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR CHANGES

Steve Olasz has tendered his resignation as director of Regenera Insights Inc. Douglas Whitehead has accepted the appointment as independent director to the board of the corporation. Mr. Olasz served on the board of directors of the corporation since 2025.

Mr. Whitehead, an accomplished project developer and business manager, leads and manages diverse projects across various spheres of business within a prominent group of companies. As a project manager professional (PMP), Mr. Whitehead has over 17 years of experience in project and business management, focusing on project planning and execution.

"We sincerely appreciate Mr. Olasz's contributions to our company during his tenure and we wish him the very best in his new business endeavours," said the board of directors.

Currently, the board of directors comprises Lionel Kambeitz, chairman, president and chief executive officer, Jacelyn Case, chief financial officer and chief operating officer and Mr. Whitehead (independent director).
