Cboe Canada Inc. has granted final approval for the listing of ETF (exchange-traded fund) series units of the RBC Global Asset Management Inc. funds listed in the attached table.

Subject to confirmation of closing, units of the RBC funds will be listed and available for trading on Cboe Canada at the start of trading on Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026.
