Ms. Nicole Brewster reports
RENFORTH'S FOUILLAC CONFIRMED AS THIRD CRITICAL MINERALS LOCATION WITHIN MALARTIC METALS PACKAGE, PARBEC PERMITS RECEIVED
Renforth Resources Inc.
is updating its approximately 300-square-kilometre
Malartic metals package (MMP), which hosts the Victoria, Lalonde and Fouillac nickel-rich polymetallic mineralization, along with a copper discovery at Beaupre and documented historic gold occurences.
Fouillac confirmed polymetallic occurence
Earlier this summer a prospecting program consisting of 50 grab and channel samples was focused on Fouillac, with 25 of the 50 samples taken. The program successfully confirmed the presence of the same style of mineralization on surface as is seen at Victoria and Lalonde, with surface sampling stretching over approximately 550 metres, limited by a lack of outcrop. Grab sampling in this area returned several interesting results, including a highlight nickel value of 1,080 parts per million visibly associated with disseminated sulphides and copper values exceeding the Quebec significant threshold of 125 ppm for a copper anomaly. Please note grab sampling is selective in nature and results are not representative of more than the sample itself. These early stage prospecting results confirm that Fouillac, while the least explored of the three polymetallic occurrences within the MMP, merits additional work and integration into future planning for critical minerals at the MMP.
Victoria maiden resource modelling commenced
Renforth would like to advise shareholders that modelling of a maiden resource within the 2.5 kilometres of drilled strike on the approximately 20 km long Victoria polymetallic structure has commenced. It is anticipated a maiden resource will be delivered this fall.
"Confirmation of mineralization at Fouillac is an accretive event at MMP. A third location of the polymetallic {nickel/cobalt/platinum group metals plus zinc/copper/silver/gold] mineralization, again on surface and with road access, demonstrates additional value and potential, especially if one is to consider a future 'hub and spoke' scenario. In the future there is a possibility that the MMP could host a processing facility fed with material from the approximately 20 km long Victoria mineralized system, the similar length and mineralized Lalonde system four km to the north of Victoria, and the Fouillac occurence, a similar distance to the south of Victoria. That is the future, first we are excited to pursue an initial maiden resource over our initial 2.5 km of drilling at Victoria this year," states Nicole Brewster, president and chief executive officer of Renforth.
Sample results referred to in this press release were obtained from samples selected in the field, bagged and tagged and securely delivered to the facilities of ALS Canada Ltd. where they were tested using ME-MS41 ultratrace ICP-MS analysis with aqua regia digestion.
Parbec permits received
Renforth has received, earlier than anticipated, the permits required to strip an area of its Parbec gold deposit which includes the "diorite splay," in order to expose bedrock currently covered by thin overburden. Renforth will proceed to chip and remove overburden from the site on the south side of the Cadillac break, over a portion of the recently modelled Parbec gold deposit, later this fall. This will enable mapping and sampling, as well as professional surveying of known, and any newly uncovered, surface gold mineralization in order to bring the modelled gold deposit to surface. No positive surface data were used in the calculation of the 2025 MRE for Parbec.
Director resignation
Renforth would like to inform shareholders that, due to international travel and time obligations associated with a new business venture, Judi Wood has tendered her resignation from the company. Ms. Wood made meaningful contribution to the affairs of the board of the company and will be missed; best wishes are offered in the success of the new venture.
Martin Demers, PGeo, OGQ 770, vice-president of exploration for Renforth and a qualified person pursuant to the guidelines in NI 43-101, has reviewed and approved the geological information contained in this press release.
