Responsible Energy to begin trading on TSX-V Sept. 2

RESPONSIBLE ENERGY CORPORATION ANNOUNCES COMMENCEMENT OF TRADING ON TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE UNDER SYMBOL "REH"

The TSX Venture Exchange has issued its final bulletin following completion of Responsible Energy Corp.'s Qualifying Transaction with Responsible Energy Inc. (REI).

The company's common shares will commence trading on the TSX-V under the symbol REH effective at the opening of trading on Sept. 2, 2026.

The qualifying transaction closed on Aug. 25, 2026, resulting in REI becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.

Gordon Fraser, president and chief executive officer, said: "After nearly two decades of building Responsible Energy, seeing REH begin trading on the TSX Venture Exchange is a proud moment for me and for everyone who has been part of this journey. A tremendous amount of work, perseverance and belief has brought us to this point. Further to the press release of the company dated Aug. 26, 2026, issued in connection with the closing of the qualifying transaction, the company notes that a finder's fee of $9,900 was paid in connection with the AD4 concurrent financing (as defined in such press release).
